Have you tried running the system with something connected to serial port A
acting as a serial console? You'll get a lot more diagnostic output that way
which will hopefully help to pin-point the problem.

It might help to re-seat any Sbus cards you have installed in the system
just in case any of them are not pushed down onto the Sbus connectors on the
system board properly, and also check the RAM modules, etc. plus all the
other connectors.
