Problem with software?
My system: Microsoft Win. XP-Version2002-Service pack 2.

For a long time I've used System Mechanic which seems to be of help in
maintaining my laptop, my
experience with running computers is limited.

A while ago I suddenly got two errors while opening System Mechanic7 so
decided to upgrade to the 7Pro,
but still get the following errors: (they are the same as the previous ones,
just the figures are slightly different)

1) Exception EUIBError in module IOLOCO~1 DLL at 000A9644
2)Access violation at address 131C869B in module 'SysMech7. exe'. Read of
address 00000180

I wander if anyone can tell me what is happening and where, is there a way
to get the software run properly, I have contacted the IOLO help but got no
answer.

Many thanks in advance

   Par for the course.

Ditch the Iolo software and install CCleaner:
