T-Mobile Issues   
Hello,

I'm currently with T-Mobile contract and am only a few months into an 18 
month contract. I'm having an issue with signal, dispite contacting them, 
nothing has happened. Using the T-Mobile street check confirms I should get 
full signal in my area. I am only able to get either no signal or 1 bar. 
I've checked my SIM in other phones, I've used other SIMs, checked with 
friends on T-Mobile and done a network selection check on other phones. It's 
T-Mobile fault and after this carelessness, I'm unsure of what to do.

Any advice?
