I purchased 2 of these off Ebay to unlock 2 of my 3 Treo 750v phones. I then 
discovered (much to my chagrin) that one of my phones (sold to me by 
Computer Exchange as locked) was actually already unlocked. Doh! - Yes I 
know I should have checked first.

So one of the unlocks I bought is surplus to requirements. How it works is 
that you  load a software client and connect your phone using its sync 
cable. You enter a userid/password into the software, which then connects 
over the internet to a central server, and provided that the userid/password 
supplied is valid, unlocks the phone.

I've used the service/software twice before with a Treo 650 and now a Treo 
750V with no problems.

I paid around £8.50 each for the 2 unlocks. I'm flogging the surplus one off 
for £4.50. In return I'll send you the software client package and the 
userid/password.

The userid/password is valid for one unlock only. Once you've unlocked the 
phone you cannot use the userid/password again.
