FS: High Spec P4 S478 System
Pentium 4 3.0Ghz Northwood CPU
Swiftech MCX478-V copper cooler + new 92mm Silenx fan
Asus P4C800E-Deluxe motherboard
2Gb (4x 512) Corsair CMX 3200 CAS 2 memory
ATI Radeon X850 Pro graphics card
300Gb Seagate hard drive (warranty til 29/12/2010)
Pinnacle PCI TV Rave tuner
LiteOn SOHD-T167 DVD-ROM drive (silver fascia)
NEC ND-2510A DVD RW drive (silver fascia)
Chieftec Silver Dragon case + 350W Chieftec quiet PSU
6 - fan blue LED controller
6 brand new Akasa Amber quiet fans fitted
Proview 17" TFT silver

The case is a little scratched on top but nothing a little spray paint
wouldn't cure if you could be bothered, all plastics are in good condition
and all the quick fit brackets are there. There is also a silver floppy
drive fitted which comes in useful sometimes. The case has locking removable
front fascia and lockable side panel for a little extra security (keys
included). Plenty of room inside and the cabling has been neatly done with
rounded cables and the PSU cables sheathed.

6x USB ports on the rear plus a double header free on the mobo, firewire
bracket fitted, 5.1 onboard sound with spdif, Gbit lan.

VGA card is very nearly the fastest that ATI did, think only the X1950
series was faster, has D-sub and DVI outputs and s-video. Have removed the
stock cooler in favour of a cooler quieter solution but the stock cooler is
included as is the original bow and all the cables.

TV tuner is pretty good as far as they go, however it is analogue only but
it does have a composite input which is handy.

The DVD drive is actually brand new, kept a few spares of these as they are
renown for their cd/dvd ripping abilities, despite it's age the DVD RW has
had probably less than a dozen discs through it.

The whole thing is very quiet with all the fans set to minimum and not what
you'd call loud with them all cranked to the max. I'm currently using it to
send this, it's been on a few hours with all fans on minimum, temps are -

ambient 24
mobo 30
cpu 32
gpu 46
hd 30

so if you like cool & quiet it may well suit.

The TFT is in good condition and although a budget model has a good picture,
8ms response time and decent colour balance.

Looking for

£150 with collection only as it's quite a porker.

Collection from West Bromwich (J1 M5, J9 M6) or there abouts.

Peter.
