Since I moved to broadband I haven't been able to access the virgin.* newsgroups. I tried changing from news.virgin.net to text.news.ntlworld.com but that doesn't help. They just aren't listed as options to subscribe to. It's not critical since there are so few postings in those newsgroups now, but has anyone got any hints? John

John, That is odd indeed as everything just carried on working here. You could try text.news.virgin.net but if the others don't work I doubt this will. I do recall not always being able to get them when on dial-up and it was once suggested that this was due to the server thinking you were an NTL customer rather than a Virgin one. Never did find out the truth of this however. Sorry, Alec
