We work from home and use virgin. We were getting emails from X but not Y. Wife contacted tech support "yes our engineers are working on it - some of your mail is going into your spam box" Temporary solution till they fix problem -- 1)log into virgin net webmail 2) look into spam box Sure enough, the missing emails were in there. I've just spotted an email from Company Y in OE, so maybe virgin have fixed it - but not counting chickens .........

Well at least they admitted there was a problem - they usually take the government line and deny that there is a problem even though it's obvious to everybody concerned. Alec
