Tried to go online this morning and was greeted with "You are not 
connected to the internet". Checked the router log and everything looked 
as it should be except that the router obviously could not connect to 
the time server to update date and time. Rebooted the router and it 
apparently connected though nothing was coming through. Then all of a 
sudden everything worked without me actually changing anything. Worrying.
