eMail Down Again   
eMail seems totally dead here - "Connection Refused" it says.

Just tried sending an email and got a "connection refused" from that as 
well. Checked the service status which is in the green of course. No 
surprise there then.

Mine was working earlier but has now failed.  I'm getting stupid messages in 
Mailwasher about "plain text password authentication not valid for this 
account".  Virgin have obviously got another problem.

Thanks, as long as it's not just me. I've four email accounts and while 
they are working now, they don't all work at the same time. Just a 
matter of keep checking until all have commected. Actually it's been 
slow for days, some accounts checking straight off and others taking for 
ever.
