Illegal Music Downloads
From today's Telegraph: "Eight Hundred VirginMedia customers who
illegally download music from the internet have received letters warning
them about their actions." It is an attempt to educate, not a threat to
cut them off it is said.

So why only eight hundred and are they monitoring everyone or just
tracking those who access illegal download sites. Me, I wouldn't know
where to start though I have d/l'd music videos from RapidShare.
