I recently signed the petition against the introduction of a Travel Tax,
http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/traveltax/ and while looking at the list of
those who had signed was struck by the number of people who have not
capitalised the first letter of their names. Is it ignorance, don't they
care or is it all to difficult for them?
