Re: weight watchers
we weight in on a saturday morning which is quite good as makes us be good
on a friday where as we used to enjoy a curry or pizza on a friday
Im not to bad with chocolate sometimes now and again I enjoy a twirl but
never really kept alot of chocolate in the house

Re: weight watchers
I have been so strict this week, but a bit bored with it all. Today we were
going to have Tomato soup and garlic bread for dinner but everyone wanted
chip shop chips, so off I went to the chippie, sausage and chips all round,
they looked fantastic, but I went to Asda while everyone had dinner, then
had WW spaghetti on toast when I got back instead.....lol Good will power
though.

I put on half a pound, very dissapointed, I had been so strict, even going
out for chips for the family and staying out shopping while they ate the
chips at home. Bought the new shopping guide from ww. Making sure I point
accurately this week. Plus dropped my points to 28 to help me. Hope this
works.

Re: weight watchers
Been fine this week, bank holiday means no meeting, but i could go to a mid
week one in another town, but scared in case of a poor result in half the
days. So I will just plod along. On the positive side, I have just had my
second trip to the chippy while dieting, did not touch any of the chips.
Although I do have to leave the room.....lol
