Re: Christmas Recipes
I'm going to try curry again... I think I may have it this time. Not the
best, but at least I'll have taste testers...if they fall over, I'll let you
know :)

Re: Christmas Recipes
Different, yeah:) I generally do try something a little weird for
Christmas. If everyone hates it, nothing major as there are plenty of
traditional foods around.

I'm thinking I'll try it with turkey :) The last few times I've tried with
beef it didn't turn out all that well. Of course you need to realise I'm
far from being the world's most accomplished chef... to state the matter
mildly........

Stephen grew up on curry at xmas, his mother is a terrible cook, so she used
to buy a load of curries from the local take away, and re-heat them on the
day, He is not a lover of turkey, but when i suggested a curry for xmas he
said definitely, NO WAY,,, I am doing roast beef, a turkey crown and a
joint of ham for xmas day, that way there is plenty left over for cold
meats for the boxing day buffet...

Re: Christmas Recipes
We normally do a turkey breast and a gammon or ham.
