1. Have a cause for action  (breach of contract, personal injury etc.).

2. Fill in small claims paperwork.

3. File at court with fee.

4. Serve on company (recorded delivery to registered address will do.

There could be counterclaim or the judge might decide your case has no merit 
etc.

Why not do a bit of surfing to find out.
