My "free" solicitor decided to dump me 5 weeks before the 3 year limit.
I called maybe 30 others - no one will take it due to the time limit
(now it's 3 weeks).
I tried to contact the third party insurance company but they did not
reply to any of my leters and refused to talk by phone.

Questions I have:

What form to fill? Is N1 the only form or do I need others?
Whom should I put as the defender - guy who was responsible for the
accident or his insurance company.
Which court in central London deal with such cases?

Citizen Advice Bureau was usless - "we don't do personal injury advice"
they said.
