Grab your Aunt Fanny by the collar with one hand, your other hand
holding her arm, and march your Aunt Fanny to the nearest police
station and order the cops to take her into custody and charge her as
a poisoner.

Having established that, and given that the Vivisection Syndicate, and
their menials in the cancer factories (vivisection laboratories), are
