lasting power of attorney: restrictions and/or conditions on the attorney / Guidance for your attorney
I'm sorting out my affairs before I go completely barmy and have got
myself the LPA creation pack. My question regards pp9-10 of the form,
where you're given the opportunity to place restrictions and/or
conditions on the attorney and then provide guidance for him/her. What
are the standard issues I should be thinking about here? Is there
boilerplate out there already that I could borrow?

Thanks!

Assuming they are family, this is normally more bother than it is worth.
