Incorrect Spelling
My employer is asking the employees to sign a "Service Agreement", basically
a document detailing intellectual rights policies and other company things.
There is nothing personal in this document, every employee has the same
agreement (in this department). Does NOT include contracted hours /sick pay
/ holiday pay etc. The company are really pushing for this document to be
signed.

The front page is the only personalised section, eg, "between Joe Bloggs"
and "A company". My employer have spelt my name wrong on this document. I
have not pointed this out. If I sign this document, how legally binding is
it, given my name is incorrectly spelt?

Thank you.

Makes no difference, so long as it's your hand that signs the document.
