grievance at work
Hi

I have instigated a grievance procedure against another colleague at
work, for victimisation. Am I entitled to know the result of the
investigation? i.e. do I have the right to know what action has been
taken against the colleague? I was told that I wasn't because of
confidentiality, but how then can I appeal against the decision if I
do not know the outcome?

TIA
