'Particular Formality'
Looking at the unfair contract regulations. Schedule 2 (1) (n) of The
Regulations says a term which may be regarded as unfair, has the
object or effect of limiting the seller's or supplier's obligation to

subject to compliance with a "particular formality";

Was wondering exactly what this means? "Particular" can mean all
sorts of things, was wondering if it is a standard legal phrase with a
standard meaning.
