Raising Grievance - 3 months is coming up
I was recently 'threatened' with legal action by a former employer after
I walked out without giving notice, etc.

It is exactly 3 months since I walked out next week and I understand
that 'raising grievance' is only valid in this period.

I raised grievance for unpaid holiday and wages 10 days ago, so does
this give me 'extra time' beyond the 'three month' limit should I wish
to take action?

Thanks
