More young people should be stopped and searched to help tackle knife
and gun crime, a leading black police representative says.

Keith Jarrett, the outgoing president of the National Black Police
Association (NBPA), said he would be pressing police for such an
approach.

He said: "The black community is telling me we have to look at this."

Some senior black police officers have criticised the suggestion
fearing it could lead to racial profiling.

Black people are six times more likely to be stopped than white
people, according to Home Office figures.

This disparity has led to continued charges of police racism and
critics say that increased use of stop and search tactics would
inevitably affect the black community disproportionately.

'Victims and perpetrators'

Mr Jarrett will use a speech at the NBPA's annual conference this week
to ask Police Minister Tony McNulty and Metropolitan Police chief Sir
Ian Blair to consider searching more young people.

They're in panic mode.

Their crime rate is soaring.  I mean SOARING.  And, as in America, its 
mostly non-white.

And, honest law-abiding UK citizens obey the laws and are UN-ARMED.

The per capita victimization in the UK far exceeds the US.

They're in panic mode and they don't know what the Hell to do.

   There isn't enough money to go around. Socialism kept
   spreading it out thinner and thinner until there just
   wasn't enough. They also made the mistake of creating
   a "welfare class" - people used to getting a check for
   doing nothing. Even FDR wasn't THAT stupid ... it's why
   he created all those "busywork" programs instead of just
   handing out money to the unemployed. Once people feel
   entitled to something for nothing their work ethic and
   old skills will quickly fade away. 

   LBJ created something of a welfare class here ... but
   the USA had more spare cash than the UK so it hasn't
   ruined us - not YET anyway. Of course now that our
   industries have been outsourced and most of our spare
   cash is BORROWED cash ... how long can it be ? 

   What happens when WE can't afford to bribe our welfare
   class anymore ? There aren't enough jobs for them
   anyway, ones that pay livably above 'Mexican' wages.
   Even if they DID want to work, what's to do ? It's
   hardly just "blacks" either, the "po' white trailer
   trash" on some kind of welfare probably outnumber
   the 'blacks'. I've long known some PWTT families and
   have heard them brag about all they ways they've 
   learned to scam the system out of money and 'free'
   services. They almost see it as their *job* ...

   The issue isn't "race", the issue is a MINDSET, the one
   FDR feared, and a government that has long tried to take
   the easy way out by bribing the poor to be peacable rather
   than really addressing the reasons there ARE so many poor. 
   Now we're stuck with a large number of pathologically poor
   people and the bribery fund is getting hard to maintain.
   There's gonna be trouble. 

   And I'm sure Rudi or Hillary or Obama or whomever gets
   elected next year WILL try to limit our right to have
   and use effective means of self defense. So, when the
   troubles escalate, we'll be as screwed as the Brits.
   The leftists will LIKE that, see it as 'punishment'
   for long-past "exploitation". They can't imagine THEY
   might suffer too ... they think their "Vote Hillary"
   bumper sticker is a shield. Just says "Putz Inside"
   to me .....

Maybe a couple of decades, at most.  If we don't do something drastic soon 
we'll in just as bad a shape.

There are 3.5 times as many poor whites as poor blacks in America.  But 
blacks commit over 70% of the violent crime.  The key difference is the 
family-unit itself, pride, respect, dignity, etc.

But that didn't happen last month or last year, it happenned four decades 
ago and we have criminals raising criminals one generation after another.

If that family unit breaks down in the ranks of the poor white then 
revolution will occur overnight.

Hitlary and Buckwheat would sign the 2007 Assault Weapon Ban if it got out 
of the Senate, Rudy I'm not sure about.
