A plea for advise
Accident at Costco's
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3E9tHSfFH0&feature=PlayList&p=ACD5670769753BE6&index=0

My current solicitor have told us that there isn't a need for us to
attend a Case Management Conference in London and have not given us
the time in which the conference would be held, we are on our third
solicitor now, I am told that the first and second Solicitors' failed
to obtain all the required evidence by our third solicitor.

Our first solicitor "Royds" failed to obtain a Medico Legal report for
my wife that received a head and spinal injury "fracturing 3
vertebras" and never saw his claimant until a year after the accident.
He never bothered to follow my instructions so we had to instruct a
new solicitor Vanderpump & Sykes in Enfield that virtually acted with
the same attitude and had the case thrown out of court, we had to
obtain advise from the Law Society and finally had the case
reinstated, he used to threatened us that we may lose our family home
if we did not agree with his instructions.

We cannot afford to upset our third solicitor because we are virtually
bankrupt due to the case dragging on to over four and a half years,
the current solicitor has also upset my wife in saying that we could
lose our home, my wife has a mild brain injury and has a memory
problem, three weeks ago she started to self mutilate causing me great
stress, the management conference is for the assessment of quantum
because she has been awarded judgment. We had to succumb six hours
interrogation http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tX-EEnUT3YY for several
times and told there is more to come because our previous solicitors
fail to obtain any statements or expert witness reports, these
solicitors do not have any interest in my wife's condition they seem
to be more like the defendant interrogating us rather than our own
solicitor.

Dear Mr and Mrs Berry

I have recently written you a letter. It may have been delayed in the
postal strike. I also telephoned you recently but you did not pick up
and perhaps you did not receive the message that I left.

The case has been transferred to Central London County Court. A Case
Management Conference has been arranged for 19 October. This will
probably take place by telephone. Even if the hearing goes ahead in
person, you do not need to attend.

We have slipped slightly behind the court timetable. I will need to
see
you both again very soon to prepare your final statements. In my
letter
I asked you to speak to my secretary to arrange an appointment and I
look forward to meeting you both again very soon.

Yours sincerely,
