Council Tax Law
I think I unwittingly made legal history in 2002, when I successfully,
willfully refused to pay money demanded for Council Tax.

I have just been blogging about this at the following site.

But now the Council's bailiff knows you have a computer and can pay an ISP
bill!

So with a bit of luck he can size your PC and garnish whatever account you
pay your ISP from, and relieve the rest of us having to pay more to make up
your taxes.

You are missing the point of this, the linc is to enable people with
intelligence to challenge rouge council tax demands.
The more people that challenge these people the better.

I think you've probably done a lot of things unwittingly; the more I
read of your blog the more sure I get.

How does any of this prove the poster has a computer and an ISP? With
deductive powers like yours I hope you never get called up for jury
service.
