I seem to be spotting this alot recently. I've seen a guy renew these
messages in chalk on buildings in various places around town, especially
around Lothian Road, North Bridge and George IV Bridge.

Is this just some mad bloke writing a meaningless message all over town or
does this actually mean anything? The fact that someone goes round and
refreshes it so often makes me think it's there for a reason.
