BT
Don't you just hate BT? I have just moved over to them from Telewest and was
that not the biggest mistake of my life! I have had nothing but problems,
over charging on the bill and not explaining what it is for, when I call I
end up speaking to someone who cannot speak English in a call centre in
India who just repeat themselves and don't help in the slightest! I am so
angry, I sent them an email 4 days ago and I am still waiting on a reply!
Their services are overpriced and their customer help is scandalous!
