Notes needed for History A levels
Hey guys. I am a private A leve candidate from Singapore. After years
of absence from education, I am finally going to take my A levels and
try for college education.

The problem is that there are no CIE tuition centres in Singapore (at
least not that i know of) and no adult education centres for A levels.
Thus I am left on my own. That wouldn't be a problem except for the
History papers I have to take.

I understand that at A level History is not taught from a single
textbook like during the O levels. Lecturers prepare notes and so on
for their students. The problem is since I am not attending any
schools, i have no access to those notes.

I was wondering if any of you current or ex A level students have
History study notes for the Modern European History (1789-1939) and
International History (1945-91) papers. Or if they can at least
recommend textbooks used by their schools for those 2 papers.

If those notes exist only in hard copy form, I would be willing to pay
for postage.

Hope to hear good news soon.
