Do you think he will send me a post card? I just received one
with a polar bear stamp on it and a picture of a woman, two kids
and a couple of sailors. I believe it has something to do with
the Norwegian centennial. It says "Norge 1905-2005". Also
"Kongefamilien, 1980". Is that King Kong's family then?
I shall find a place for it on the south wall. Nope. It fits
better on the north wall. Right below a nice post card from
Cumbria.

Norway, free from Sweden and had their own Norwegian Royal family take over.

:0) It is.
Kongelig = Royal.
Kong = King.
Kongefamilien = Royal family.
The picture is of the young Prince and his commen wife who has been married
and is divorced and has a little boy from her first marriage and who will
have two children to the Prince in a few months time.

So the Prince is the younger male Naval officer? WHo's the Older
one? The King?
It says 1980 below the photo. Those kids must be nearly thirty
now. are they princess and prince too
