its the one that come's with outlook express.

Are you using WINME or WIN98, and have you downloaded updates for IE6 
lately?  If so, there may be an issue, as one of the more recent security 
updates to IE6 (which can be removed) prevents links opening which appear on 
the 'view' setup.  It may have an effect on links within Emails and news 
messages as well.

There again, it may not!
