Just purchased a new house, and need the heating sorted.  I've been
quoted for a Ferroli Maxima 35c Condensing Boiler.  I understand that
there should be a 3 degree run on the condensate waste pipe, but this
is not possible in the property.  So a pump connected to some
flexi-hose style stuff will remove the condensate waste away, I've been
told that if this pump ever fails it'll be setup to stop the boiler.

There is going to be about 7 radiators etc.

I've been quoted 3200 for the whole works, including replacement of all
the existing pipes and rad's.  And removal of the existing back boiler
offering.

How does this sound? Any other questions I should be asking?

Also, I'm concerned about water pressure - as it seems quite low
(stopcock is on fully).  But I could be use to extremely high pressure
in my last house. Unsure really.

Any suggestions, etc would be greatly appreciated.
