Off to the gym to continue my healthy eating/exercise programme.
Nine weeks into it and I've lost a stone!!
Well ahead of scheduled 9 lbs, and chuffed to bits.

Thanks but I don't get that, it has shown a error in small blue
writing at the bottom every time I access it, even after answering all
the charades

Thanks for the offer though Sheila. I might try a different browser
[when I download one and no I don't use IE anyway, don't even have it
on here] might get lucky then, cant complain, just got my book from
Blackgem just now for winning Aprils comp so happy with that and
hopefully have a good read later.
