I liked them, Ally. They seem to value the respect of their customers,
unlike so many businesses (in general) nowadays, who seem to think that
customers should be grateful that they get off their backsides to
provide any service at all.

Hurrah!
Several months before moving to rural internet hell I was finally able to
get high speed and after much suffering ( I so know what you went through)
discovered that there was no usenet access! After days of trying
everything possible a friend told me about the then free German site. Liked
it very much. Since moving out here I've been using outlook express again
for the dial-up account
Learned yesterday that highspeed will be available here ( I may just cry)
within two months. I'm thinking of trying news.individual.net when the
highspeed does finally arrive. Let me know what you think about it..

I don't think you will be disappointed. I've been using them for a
couple of years and have no real cause for complaint, it just works. I
automatically collect news every hour I can count on the fingers of
one hand the number of times that has failed due to a problem at
news.individual.net.
I occasionaly get posts rejected but that is normally due to the

2 months to go! Gosh! We'll be counting the days with you, Tania.
I'm finding news.individual.net perfectly reliable so far. No problems at
all. But it's early days. We shall see.
