     Internet only promotion.  No postal entries accepted.


      2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, simply follow the instructions
detailed on the Nutri-Grain 500 Cashdraw promotional website.

      3. Open to all UK residents only, excluding employees & their families
of Kellogg, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the
promotion. Children under the age of 16 must have permission from a parent /
guardian before entering.


      4. Closing date for entries is 12pm 09.06.05.  An independently
supervised and random draw will take place on 10.06.05

      5. There is one prize of 500 to be won. There is no prize
alternative. The prize will be given by means of a personal cheque, which
will be payable to a parent / guardian if the winner is under 18 years of
age.


      6. The winner will be notified via their provided email address.  A
working email address is required so that Kellogg's can contact the winner
to request fulfilment details.  Failure to provide a working email address
renders the entry/win invalid.

      7. Winners must reply to the prize administrator within six full weeks
of the initial prize notification being sent. Follow up emails will be sent
out in two-week intervals. If the winner has not contacted the prize
administrator within this time, then the prize will be withdrawn and another
winner selected at random.

      8. The winner will receive their cheque within 28 days of the
provision of the required fulfilment details.

      9. There is no limit to the amount of entries per person.
