Sorry I hadn't gotten back to you before now.  We went to Birmingham and got back today.  Took the kids away for a break and visited the Sea Life Centre.  The supermarkets e.g. Tesco Metro, have escalators in and top floors. Blimey!!! Went in for some bread and couldn't find any so asked a staff.  She said the bread was upstairs.  I said, "you've got an upstairs?" LOL.
