Risky to ignore.....
Risky to ignore.....
This is not an exercise in trolling.
My intentions are quite clear, above board and up front. They are to
warn and help the unwary, the gullible, the impulsive and downright
thick of the consequences of falling foul of the libel laws by giving
web page addresses which can be consulted on matters legal/libel. Its
my personal opinion that the present pass time in a number of news
groups is to resort to issuing sheathes of assorted writs, mainly for
libel, at the drop of a hat. Mind this is only my honestly held
opinion.
Underneath is a list of web pages well worth reading. Some deal with
the law of libel and are aimed at the lay-man at a pretty basic level.
Others deal with the un-intended consequences of litigation. I would
strongly recommend that you read, mark, and inwardly digest the
material therein. Do so before you post that cracker in reply to an
insult etc.
If you doubt the wisdom of the above visit <uk.local.southwest>.

I regret the length of this post. But my experience of uk.local groups
leads me to believe that any post longer than a line of grunts with
some bad words thrown in needs to be carefully explained. And while I
am at it what the hell is "light trolling"?????
Chick.
