I have a program which warns me if anything wants to start something
on startup. Tells you if something is trying to do something without
your knowledge.
This page wants to install Quick Time and run it on start up. Although
this is not actually a nasty, sites shouldn't do that.

That's the browser rather than the site - though of course if the site didn't have the content, the browser wouldn't need to ask for QuickTime!
