British Airways, in partnership with Escape, is offering Observer readers
the chance to win a pair of return air tickets to one of the following
destinations: Valencia (from Gatwick); Gibraltar (Heathrow/Gatwick); Malaga
(Heathrow/Gatwick/Manchester); Tenerife (Gatwick/Manchester).

Terms and conditions
1. Entries must be received by 9 May and the winner will be announced in
Escape on 15 May.
2. Please note that winners are resonpsible for their own insurance and
travel documents.
3. The prize is for two air tickets valid for one year excluding bank
holidays. No accommodation, insurance or spending money is included in this
prize.
4. The promotion is open to residents of the U.K. aged 18 and over.
5. The promotion is not open to employees of Guardian Newspapers Limited or
[partner], their agencies or anyone else connected with the creation or
administration of the promotion.
6. Only one entry is allowed per person.
7. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or
incomplete due to server functions, virus, bugs or any other causes outside
GNL's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable
for cash or other prizes. GNL retains the right to substitute the prize with
another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is
not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. The winner is required to accept the prize within [7] days of
notification. In the event of non-acceptance, GNL will re-draw and select a
new winner (the same acceptance period will apply for the new winner).
10. No purchase necessary.
11. Winners may be required to take part in promotional activity. GNL cannot
accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment
suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting
the prize or any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's
computer or mobile telephone relating to or resulting from participation in
or downloading any materials in connection with the promotion. Nothing shall
exclude GNL's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its
negligence.

shall not be responsible for the return of entries.
13. The winner shall solely be responsible for all insurance, spending money
and other expenses (including meals and other personal expenses).GNL is not
responsible for cancellation, delays or changes to flights or any other part
of the prize or for the inability of the prizewinner to take up any part of
the prize due to problems with flights, travel or any other factor outside
GNL's control.
