Tonight's Dinner.   
Tonight we shall be mainly eating beef and broccoli with oyster sauce :-)

I thought it was a bit quiet here.

Tonight we shall be mainly eating.... leftovers unfortunately. End of the
week... fridge looks sad & empty. Tomorrow however... we've been invited to
a fish & seafood smoking session. My first of many i hope. I wonder if i
could bring along a Chinese roast duck & put it in the smoker? not quite tea
smoked duck but it's a start!

Last night, we had roasted gammon shank, cauliflower with cheese, and sauted
potatoes.(Fresh cauliflower from the allotment.)

Tonight we shall be having
1.    Satay beef - beef fillet stir-fried with satay sauce.
2.    Prawns stir-fried with eggs, onion, spring onions, ginger and garlic.
3.    Mixed vegetables, cooked in monk's vegetables style.
4.    Boiled rice.

Last Saturday we had
1.    Shredded pork (tenderloin) in soya bean sauce ("king jeung yuk si")
2.    Prawns in tomato sauce ("ketchup ha yun")
3.    Mixed vegetables, cooked in monk's vegetables style.
4.    Boiled rice.

Last Sunday we had fried sirloin steak with mushroom sauce, mushrooms and 
sauted potatoes. We also had rhubarb and apple crumbles for dessert, made by 
Paul. (Fresh rhubarbs from the allotment.)
