1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, UK resident and hold a UK
issued Visa card, (including CI and IoM).
2. Employees of Visa International Service Association and their
families, its subsidiary companies, agents or anyone professionally involved
in the promotion are excluded from entry.
3. Every electronic point of sale Visa transaction processed in the UK
from 21st March to 1st June will automatically enter the cardholder into a
draw to win one of 150 prizes. There are 50 first prizes, each to the value
of 6,000 and 100 second prizes, each to the value of 1,000.
4. First prize winners may choose one from the following list, 6,000
worth of: petrol, groceries, clothing, taxi service, meals for two, personal
trainer, mobile phone calls, home entertainment system & DVDs. Second prize
winners may choose one from the following list, 1,000 worth of: health
club/gym membership, dry-cleaning, hair & beauty treatments, car valeting,
music (CDs/downloads), house cleaning / laundry service, IT services. All
prizes must be taken within one year of being awarded.
5. The prizes can be awarded in the form of funds for the relevant
prize amount by way of payment onto an existing Visa credit or debit account
on request. 6. Prize values are based on the national average spend on all

7. No purchase necessary. For free entry, Visa cardholders can send a
postcard marked Everyday Wins With Visa, by post to PO Box 3240, Slough,
SL1 4WT to receive an entry into the prize draw. Only one entry per stamped
postcard. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

8. The closing date for all entries is 1st June 2005 at 23.59. Entries
arriving after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
9. Any entries lost, damaged or delayed will not be accepted.
10. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and
will be notified in writing by 21st July 2005.
11. A full list of winners will be available from 31st July 2005 by
sending an SAE marked Visa Winners to PO Box 3240, Slough, SL1 4WT.
12. Winners may be asked to take part in Visa advertising and any
relevant public relations exercise undertaken by Visa.
13. The promoters decision is final.
