My computer crashed recently, since getting it all back my email page is the
same size as my screen, l have tried  the top middle button which makes the
page smaller! but all it does is change the icon not the page!, and  it
still stays large?, l have also tried to squash it down with the arrows that
appear at each end of the page and 'nothing' ! it is really annoying me now
does anyone know how to get it back to normal size please thank you Dee

As far as I know this 'bug' was addressed in SP2. Do you have XP with SP1
only?
