Who is going to change their workshy habits for a 27:120,000 chance to win a
prize?

Those that swing the lead will continue to do so whatever inducements are
offered...Those that are genuinely ill are hardly likely to turn up for work
if they are unfit to do so.

Hmm, I remember a former employer had a similar scheme and I had to tell a member of my staff that she had lost out on a very nice watch for a years perfect attendance, because she was 5 minutes late one day!
It caused a lot of bad feeling!
