From this day let it be known that we, The Trolls, now OWN and
therefore CONTROL ALL of the uk.local.* hierarchy. Let it also be
known that from this day, 22nd April 2005 all Charters relating to
these newsgroups are null and void.

If anyone doesn't welcome this change then they must unsubscribe from
the relevant newsgroup ASAP as you will no longer be welcome or
tolerated here.

A summary of the new rules:

1 These newsgroups no longer have a Charter.

2 Abuse reports may no longer be filed. If anyone is found to have
filed an abuse report, for whatever reason, we will ridicule and abuse
that person as we see fit. We may also render the netkkkop's home
newsgroup unusable.

3 Top posting is now allowed.

4 Crossposting is now encouraged.

5 If you don't like any of the above, piss off.
