I bought 6 boxes the other day and when I tried to send the codes I kept 
getting the message that they were invalid.  Kelloggs very kindly sent me 96 
complimentary codes but they still wont work.  Kelloggs have been very good 
and think there is a problem with my phone.  I have a Samsung E330.  I have 
tried an Orange sim and an O2 sim but keep getting the same problem.  Has 
anybody else got one of these phones and had the same problem.

it shouldn't be the phone - maybe network probolems - but I'd phone back 
nutrigrain and tell them that the new codes don't work m8

Have you checked that the codes on the boxes aren't the old codes (which can
still be used on the one off draw in May), and that they haven't replaced
them like for like? If you are getting a message back, it can't really be a
fault with the phone because they are obviously going through IYSWIM?

The codes are valid.  Kelloggs say that it is something to do with my phone 
that is adding something to the code I am texting.  They have said that they 
will enter me into the 5pm draw for free every night for 2 weeks.  I now 
have 150 codes which I cannot use.  I am going to try tomorrow to put my sim 
in somebody else's phone to see if will go throug.  Grrrr

I was having exactly the same problems last week with the codes they had 
sent me and was told that there had been a problem at Kellogg's end .She 
took my name and phone number but haven't heard any more.
Seems to have been jinxed with problems this time around...I didn't win last 
time either!!
