Ive obviously been playing about with agent and now every message has
the little blue arrow by the side marking for retrieval!  This is very
annoying!  Could someone please tell me how to turn it off!  Thanks
for your help

To remove the "mark for retrival arrow" -
1) Highlight the group of messages by clicking on the first, hold down
the upper-shift key and clicking on the last. (Hold Ctl and press A
for all messages)
2) Press M

To stop this happening in futrure
1) Click on Group on the toolbar at the top of your screen
2) Select Default Properties
3) On the first window (Retrieving Messages) untick Retrieve Bodies
For All New Messages
4) Click on OK

If the box was not ticked, then go to Group, Properties, and do the
same.
