These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in the 
competition notices (as defined below) are the competition rules. Entrants 
agree to be bound by these Rules.
The competition is organised by Ideal Shopping Direct Plc (ISD) of Ideal 
Home House, Newark Road, Peterborough PE1 5WG.
ISD reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these rules at 
anytime without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, competition notice, 
conduct, result and all other matters relating to a competition, the 
decision of Ideal Shopping Direct Plc shall be final and no other 
correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Qualifying entrants:
To qualify to enter the competition you must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of Ideal Shopping Direct Plc or any company involved in the 
competition, any advertising agency or web company connected with Ideal 
World are not eligible to enter the competition. ISD reserves the right to 
verify the eligibility of all entrants
By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all information 
submitted by you is true, current and complete.
ISD reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable 
grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and 
conditions.
In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the competition, Ideal 
World in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement contestant 
should be selected. In this event any further entrant will be selected on 
the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these 
Rules.
Competition entries:
Competition entries must be by the closing date of 6.00pm on Monday 18 th 
April, specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify 
the entry
Text entries are charged at rate of 25p per entry
Telephone entries will be charged at a rate of 1 per minute  please note 
that calls should last approx. 2 minutes per call.
Prizes:
10 Finalists will be chosen at random  from which the 3 Prize winners will 
be chosen in a live draw. The live draw will take place at 8.50pm on Monday 
18 th April on digital satellite channels 634 and 664, NTL 855 and Freeview 
22
Prize winners will be notified by telephone on Tuesday 19 th April.
Competition winners names may be published on the Ideal World website.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Ideal World 
reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any 
time.
Data Protection and Publicity:
Ideal World cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or 
disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a 
result of accepting any prize.
Ideal World is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of 
telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, 
computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on 
account of technical problems or traffic congestion.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Ideal 
World reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their 
photographs and audio and/visual recordings of them in any publicity
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance 
with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a 
third party without the individuals prior consent.
