I think it might be "DOMAINE SAINT-PAUL"  - got Paul in the name, is
near a forest/wood (fort) and its near the sea.  Can't equate it to the
oils reference though so I'm probably wrong.  The other places that have
Paul in their name are more inland than this.

Knowing my investigative skills, I'm probably about 100miles off track
:)
