As part of our Great British Classic food revival were searching for
a favourite regional British dish to appear on our menu in 2006. 

Were asking all you budding chefs to send your recipes in, using
local ingredients that represent your region.

The winning entrants from each region will receive 250 worth of
Leisure Vouchers and go through to the national final. The overall
winner will receive a fantastic first prize of 1,000 and their recipe
will star on our next menu.
