1. The prize will be stated as above, subject to availability; no 
alternative can be given and no correspondence can be entered into in this 
regard.
2. The draws will be held - 1st March 2005 and 1st August 2005 (closing date 
5.30pm GMT the preceding day); the winners will be notified immediately.
3. The prize draw is open to readers of the brochure "Favourite Gardens & 
Garden Stays in South East England" and visitors to this website aged 18 and 
over.
4. One entry per household only - duplicates will be disqualified.
