I had to wait until I'd stopped shaking before I could write this.

Just talked to our leader. The comity have had an extra meeting and the men
are going to start work on the big verandah next week. It will be mostly
cosmetic but that will bring the cost down. The big dip in the middle will
be extra work and I will have to pay for the rep myself has it brings the
plank covered walls into the picture There's a possibility for me to get a
loan for this work.I am overjoyed and sniffing again.
Now-the big question:-

Who will be coming over to celebrate with me when it's done.? I can order in
kebab and a few cases of beer and you can all sleep around the flat on
mattresses and out on the verandahs if you wish, then you won't have to pay
big bills to expensive hotels. I have 6 single mattresses and 1 double and
I'll borrow more if needed.

asked before. She's just using this as an excuse to celebrate. 
But don't jump too quick. The verranda never gets fixed no 
matter when they say it will. Alas, his will not likely come to

By the time you lot have had your silly little boinks, my verandah will be
fixed and I'll have wone ont hossis und moved to the Bahamas.
