Win £3000 - writing comp for under 35s - cd 31/05/05
This prize in given annually to the writer best able to describe a
visit to a foreign place or people. the award is not for travel
writing in the traditional sense but for the most acute and profound
observation of a culture alien to the writer, which might be found as
easily within the writers native country as outside it.
The award is open to English writers of any nationality under 35 on the
closing date. Submissions should be unpublished, typed double spaced,
& no more than 3,000 words.
